If you have a connecting flight and it’s not booked on one pnr then the test must be 2 x 24 hours before the final flight to Bali. A rapid test is not acceptable for international travel into Indonesia (yet). 2. Re: Pre-departure Covid test. As of 18 May 2022, no pre-departure PCR is required.
Omg, reading through all the vax threads and would like some advice/have some questions. Firstly I have an appt with the GP tomorrow but would like some knowledge so I can ask relevant questions. I WAS told that no vax's are necessary for Bali. But I've just been told they would recommend the hep A and rabies vaccines. Total cost approx $3000!
I was advised Hep B was only necessary if the stay is longer than 4 weeks or if there was a high risk of blood transfusion or needle use. Malaria I was told is very low risk in Bali but take precautionary measures against insect bites in jungle.rural areas where dengue fever/japanese encephalitis becomes a risk.
